If you need an exchange for a different size or want to swap for another design, just follow these steps:
ONLINE RETURNS
1. Initiate Your Return
Click here to start your return or select the profile icon in our store's navigation.
2. Log into Your Account
2.1. Enter your email and click "Continue."
2.2. Open the email from us, copy the six-digit verification code, and return to the store.
2.3. Enter the six-digit code to access your account.
3. Select Your Order
Choose the order and items you wish to return.
4. Provide Details
Select a return reason and, if needed, add a note for the store.
5. Submit Your Request
Click "Submit request" to finalize your return initiation.
Next Steps
1. You’ll receive an email with return shipping instructions.
2. Once your return arrives at our warehouse, allow 2-3 business days for processing. You’ll receive a confirmation email along with your Store Credit.

RETURN CONDITIONS
- Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with tags attached and within 30 days of purchase. Extended to 60 days during Christmas for any purchase done from 22 November 2024 until 25 December 2024.
- Please ensure returns are sent with a trackable service to guarantee safe delivery to our location.
- We inspect all returns upon arrival to confirm they’re in original condition before processing the store credit. If items don’t meet these standards, they may be sent back without store credit.
